We are in Higueruela (Albacete), great wine tradition
area, situated at 1000 meters altitude, with calcareous and
very shallow soils, which results in low yields of selected and
high quality grapes.
Climate is continental, with little precipitation. Winters are
cold and summers are hot during the day, but winds from
the Mediterranean Sea goes down temperatures at night. This
generates a thermal contrast that favors optimal ripening,
